The Real Tibet through Your Lens

This is an initial itinerary which we suggest for an extraordinary photo tour and can be customized for your dates and interests.

In a world with an overpowering pace of change, Tibet continues to stand as a uniquely spiritual place. It is virtually impossible to visit Tibet and not have it stay with you in some measure for years to come. Located on the world’s highest plateau and called “the roof of the world”; it is the land of magnificent monasteries, the world’s highest mountains, high mountain passes draped with prayer flags, startling views and a humble yet incredibly likeable people. For photographers the mountain light that illuminates every view yields spectacular images.

Our photo guide, Mani Lama, knows Tibet well, and will share his favorite spots to photograph in this mystical land. Don’t miss the chance to see the real Tibet through your lens!
