GENERAL TERMS

Pricing

All tour costs are based on double occupancy. If you are single traveler and wish to share accommodations, we will match you with a roommate if whenever possible. If none is available or if you prefer a single room, a single supplement fee will be applicable.
Standard price inclusions and exclusions may vary per tour but generally are:

Included

  • Expertise of an English speaking photo guide
  • Accommodations twin share on a bed & breakfast basis
  • Entrance Fees unless otherwise noted
  • Activities and Meals per Itinerary
  • Private Transport to/from Airport and on Tour

Not included

  • International Airfare
  • Internal Airfare *(Although some tours may include, in this case, will be noted)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Items of a Personal Nature such as beverages all kind, laundry, telephone calls
  • Gratuity
  • Additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control

PAYMENT TERMS & SERVICES AND FEES

Deposit

A deposit of $625.00 per person is required along with the Booking Form and the below signed Terms/Conditions Agreement Form to confirm a space on this tour. If there are two travelers on one form the person signing takes full financial responsibility. This deposit is to be paid by credit card on the “Book Now” website button for the tour.

This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

Deposit & Trip Guarantee

FOR SCHEDULED TOUR ONLY: Tours are priced to be guaranteed at 6 persons minimum and 8 persons maximum. If a minimum has not been met there will be a choice to continue traveling on the trip with an applied surcharge. If you choose not to do so, your deposit can be applied as a credit towards another tour being offered.

NOTE: All other tours are sample itineraries that can be customized with dates and number of participants. These tours operate with a minimum of 2 persons and are capped at 8 persons, if you are planning a photo tour with other photographer friends.

Final Payment

You will be notified by email of the final payment date along with other pertinent information for your tour once your tour space has been confirmed. The due date and amount for your final payment will also be noted on your invoice for your deposit along with cancellation and change rules.

Full payment is made by check payment only.

A copy of your passport will also be required at the time of full payment. This is to be scanned and emailed electronically.


Outside the USA: A signed Booking form and Terms& Conditions Agreement Form along with a $650.00 nonrefundable deposit in the form of a bank wire transfer. $600.00 will be applied toward your trip and $50.00 is a processing fee. Final payment will also be in the form of bank wire transfer along with an additional $50.00 fee.


Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

Different Perspective tours are unique and require longer lead times and much earlier commitments and payments from us to our service providers, therefore we have found it necessary to have cancellation policies that differ from other tour companies. This policy will be at the bottom of your deposit invoice.

If you must cancel: For documentation purposes all tour cancellations or change request must be submitted in writing. Travel arrangement cancellation and changes are subject to cancellation and change penalties as noted on your invoice/itinerary. No refunds will be made for unused services once travel has commenced.

Cancellations will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per booking:

Deposit – $625.00 Nonrefundable

Final Payment – Because each Different Perspective Tour is custom designed, with special arrangements and access and because we frequently travel to very remote areas as well as to places with limited or no tourist infrastructure, our payment schedule to our providers is different in almost every case. As a result our cancellation policy will by necessity be different for each tour.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to modification and changes by TG Travel Group LLC or its designated tour operator. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may unavoidably occur after final itineraries are provided.

TG Travel Group LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour which does not meet the minimum requirement of travelers stated to guarantee a tour departure. In this event it is possible for the trip to depart if those signed up agree to an additional charge to enable operation of the tour at a lower number. If it becomes necessary to cancel a trip collected payments will be refunded to participants.

Trip Insurance

We require trip insurance be obtained for all tours so your trip investment is protected in the event of an unforeseen event. As a courtesy we can process it directly at TG Travel Group LLC or if purchased independently a proof of policy must be provided including: Company name, Policy # and Outside USA telephone number needed to call the travel insurance provider on the case of an emergency.

LIABILITY RELEASE – READ CAREFULLY

As a participant in this travel program arranged by TG Travel Group LLC in conjunction with onsite operators,
related events and activities I, the undersigned, am physically/mentally fit and acknowledge, appreciate and agree:

  1. There is a risk of injury including death involved in traveling and while particular skills and personal
    discipline reduce this risk, these risks still exist.
  2. I knowingly and fully assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation in this travel program.
  3. I willingly agree to comply with stated and customary terms and conditions for participation in this travel program.
  4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin HEREBY
    RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TG TRAVEL GROUP LLC AND OTHER SPONSORING AGENTS, LAND OPERATORS USED FOR THIS ACTIVITY (“RELEASES”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to personal property associated with my participation in this adventure travel program.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.


NOTE: TG Travel Group LLC reserves the right to refuse travel services at the owner’s discretion


HEALTH AND FITNESS

Health requirements

You must be in suitable physical and mental health to travel depending on the activities of the chosen trip. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made. You must be able to participate in the activities on the itinerary of the tour that you are booking.

Levels of activity are noted on the detailed itinerary as follows:

Easy: Has a walking component, some up and down hill walking, but little or no physical exertion for people in average health.

Moderate: Significant urban and rural up and down walking, possible hikes of about an hour. Full days,
requires average fitness level.

Active: Continuously active, long days, for physically fit travelers may have hiking/biking/ canoe/rafting

Some health conditions require a doctor’s note stating you are fit for travel.

Some conditions may occur after your trip has been booked and paid for. It is your responsibility to notify: TG TRAVEL GROUP LLC for your protection.

I HAVE READ THE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND AM FIT FOR TRAVEL. I AM FULLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES ON THE TOUR THAT I AM BOOKING.


I agree with the booking, cancellation policy and terms and conditions. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable. I understand my initials serve as my legal signature.
